Buuuutttttt, there are some flaws.

1st) The render is oddly placed which makes the gfx look cut off.
When it was loading up I was like WTF, where is the bottom part of the banner.

Shrink your render a bit and you'll be fine.

The text could be a tad larger and I don't like the red on there. =P
But the tile effect is pretty good, just put the opacity down, and set it to overlay in a new layer. =]
