Its not a bad sig, I don't like the font that much, and the only flaw I see is what you did with the scale lines. On the top right it is really dark. That might be because you layered something wrong.
None the less, tis not a bad sig.

For GIMP, this is excellent.
But the font is death to the sig in all honesty. As well, the scalelines shouldn't be placed over the main render.
Another problem I have is the size, though that is a nitpick. Also, the scalelines have an uneasy shade, primarily found within the top right corner.
Still, for GIMP? Pretty damn good. XD

Its a shitty sig [XD], and its not stretched, its sharpened to hard.

Its were he has the scalelines over laid on the render, and is also quite bright.
